Lettuce

Watercress

Takuwan

Taegu

Red Onion

Tomato

Tofu

Bean sprouts

Bell Pepper (Red / Yellow)

 

Sauce:

1/2 cup shoyu

1/4 cup Sesame Oil

1/4 cup oil

2 tsp. sugar

3 cloves garlic, mashed

Heat and then cool.
